LifeAwaits is a charitable project which focuses on bringing relief to artists and musicians in need. Currently we are working with musicians and artists in the New Orleans area affected by Hurricane Katrina. Our mission is to replace lost musical instruments, equipment, and art supplies that were destroyed as a result of the hurricane. By replacing the fundamental items that make it possible for artists to make a living, New Orleans culture can begin to thrive again.

LifeAwaits is working with several music venues, museums, art galleries, and several local businesses in the New Orleans area to identify artists in need. We have assembled a list of over 300 musicians and artists who need a helping hand. Won't you please consider helping one of them work towards a brighter future?
